Operations Manager responsibilities;
• To manage the Club physical facilities (buildings, grounds and ovals etc.) to
ensure a high standard of safety and presentation for matches, training,
events and other activities conducted from time to time
• To provide support to the Executive and Committee members to ensure the
efficient operation of the Club
• To establish and maintain a strong and healthy working partnership with local
government.

Operations Manager skills required;
• Strong stakeholder and people leadership experience
• Demonstrated knowledge & skills in administration
• High level of emotional intelligence, interpersonal and communication skills, with proven experience managing complex issues management
• Experience in establishing systems and processes to support the development of people and future pathways
• Ability to adapt to change, remain effective and calm when faced with changing tasks, responsibilities, or people
